. Behind every smooth workday at Procedure lies thoughtful People Ops. As a People Ops Intern, you'll ensure that our people-first culture translates into everyday operations:

Employee Onboarding:
Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences making joiners feel right at home. -
HRIS Management:
Support in maintaining accurate data on Keka (attendance, leave, docs, birthdays, anniversaries). -
Employee Exit:
Help with offboarding formalities from exit letters and documentation to collecting feedback ensuring a respectful and smooth transition. -
Policy Support:
Help draft, update, and communicate People policies in line with our async-first and side-gig-friendly culture. -
Event & Engagement:
Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins ensuring culture is lived, not just written. -
Compliance & Admin:
Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records to keep us audit ready. -
Pulse Checks:
Collect and summarize employee feedback so we can keep improving continuously. -
AI Lover:
Experiment with AI and incorporate best practices to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements. - Other ad-hoc tasks that help in day-to-day operations.
Bonus points if you have:
- Hands-on experience in college fests, logistics, or admin coordination.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills for managing data and reports.
- Interest or coursework in People, operations, or business administration.
Your first 3 months look like:

Month 1:
Learn systems (Keka, docs), shadow onboarding & admin tasks. -
Month 2:
Own data accuracy, vendor coordination & support events. -
Month 3:
Run onboarding end-to-end, manage ops independently, and provide insights for process improvement.
