Requirement

• 10+ years of experience in HR generalist & people operations
• Experience in mobilizing & hiring front line workforce in respective demography /regions
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and leaders.
• Ability to work in a team and influence across job functions and company levels.
• Passionate about driving employee experience & culture

Job Responsibility

• Talent Acquisition- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent while ensuring compliance and on time onboarding.
• Talent Development - Facilitate learning, coaching, and career development initiatives to build a capable and committed workforce.
• Employee Engagement - Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and regular feedback mechanisms.
• Employee Relations - Provide proactive HR support, ensure compliance, and manage employee relations effectively to maintain a supportive work environment.
• Managing & reporting timely Labor Financials + Compliance & Liasoning
