Job Description

Delivering the implementation of People strategies and initiatives for the India region aligned with the overall business strategy Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Guarantee compliance with national and local HR strategy by conducting detailed investigations and maintaining records Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in India. Drive People Operations initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, and diversity inclusion. Participate in projects aimed at streamlining and automation processes Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. What Will You Bring to the Table Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role. Proven experience managing all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation benefits, performance management, and training development. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and best practices. Strong data analysis and reporting skills Experience of working with an Engineering based team Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business needs. Proficiency in G-Suite (Google) applications is a plus
