Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Female Back Office Sales Executive to manage and convert leads received via IndiaMART and TradeIndia . The role involves lead handling, communication with potential buyers, quotation preparation, and coordination with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to inquiries received via IndiaMART and TradeIndia platforms. Maintain and update product listings on both portals. Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Prepare and send quotations/proposals to clients. Coordinate with the production or dispatch teams for order status. Maintain records of inquiries, quotes, and conversions. Ensure timely communication and lead nurturing to maximize sales opportunities. Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team. Work Schedule: Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 09:30 AM 6:00 PM Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad
