HR Manager - Immediate Joiner

Job Summary:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit).
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively.
• Maintain HR records and documentation as per company standards.

HR Policies & Compliance:

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies in alignment with company goals and labor laws.
• Ensure company policies are communicated effectively to employees.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews and recommend improvements.

Payroll Management:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salary disbursement and tax compliance.
• Handle employee benefits, incentives, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Work closely with the finance team for accurate payroll execution.

Performance Appraisal & Employee Engagement:

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Work with department heads to set performance benchmarks and KPIs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA (HR)

  from a recognized university.

• 5-10 years of experience

  in HR operations, payroll, policies, and performance management.

• Excellent communication skills

  with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of

  labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance

  .
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to

  handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment

  .
