We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our HR team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for all People Operations functions, benefits administration, and employee experience across multiple countries in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong HR generalist expertise, focused on delivering a world-class employee experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration

Oversee people operations processes (namely onboarding and offboarding), adhering to country employment requirements and ensuring a positive experience for all new hires and departing employees across all regions.

Create, enhance, and maintain regional HR policies and procedures. Standardize and improve HR processes across all APAC countries to ensure operational efficiency.

Stay updated on local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Manage immigration and work permit processes with the support of external vendors

Serve as the point of contact for all employment-related matters

Support global mobility cases

Support internal and external audits
HR Services & Employee Support

Respond to and resolve employee inquiries related to all HR topics and employment matters via our ticketing system

Produce travel/visa letters upon request

Support absence management across assigned APAC countries.
Benefits Administration

Administer regional benefits programs by managing employee benefits enrollment, and renewals.

Work together with the Total Rewards team to support the continuous improvement of benefits offerings.
People Experience

Organize and facilitate new hire welcome sessions to enhance the onboarding experience.

Coordinate DEI and employee engagement initiatives, including corporate gifts and company events.

Foster a positive employee experience through HR programs and initiatives.

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, People Success Managers (HRBPs), HRIS, Payroll, Total Rewards and Digital teams to solve HR issues, improve workflows, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Support People Success Managers (HRBPs) and local office managers where needed

Qualifications/ What You Need To Succeed -
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5 years of HR operations or People Operations experience in a regional capacity

Strong understanding of HR practices (such as HR administration, benefits, policies and procedures, and people experience programs) across multiple APAC countries

Experience with PEO/EORs and support of country expansion would be a plus

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail

Able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge of Google Suite and HR Systems preferred (experience with Workday is a plus)

Proficiency in English is mandatory
