People Experience (PX) Coordinator

As a People Experience Coordinator at our company, your role will involve partnering with the PX Team to provide operational support, contract administration, learning coordination, and other operational elements. You will have the opportunity to work in a high-growth organization and contribute to various people activities within the People and Culture domain. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment, interview, and offer process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. - Assist in interview scheduling, tracking, and communication with candidates. - Support various onboarding tasks and activities for the PX function as part of the global employee onboarding process. - Conduct security vetting during the onboarding process and provide support for virtual onboarding. - Assist with analytics and data reporting as required, including reference checking. - Handle leaver administration tasks such as removing employees from systems and sending out exit surveys. - Maintain the E-Filing System to ensure compliance and efficiency. - Manage the PX inbox for the region and respond to inquiries on a daily basis. - Keep accurate data in our PX system by conducting audits and updating employee information. - Provide support for ad-hoc administrative tasks and people initiatives as needed. - Coordinate PX-related activities within the organization to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong administration and coordination skills. - Ability to work in a hands-on team environment with a positive attitude. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion. - Prior experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is a plus.
