About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional to strengthen our employee engagement and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate should be confident, people-focused, and comfortable representing HR during employee activities and organisational events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anchor and facilitate employee engagement events, activities, and internal functions
• Plan and execute engagement initiatives for both office and kitchen teams
• Build strong employee relations through

  regular interactions and on-ground presence

• Visit kitchen locations to conduct activities and strengthen team connect
• Support HR in cultural building initiatives, communication, and employee experience
• Assist in grievance support and maintaining a positive work culture
• Support in resolution of

  HRIS tasks & queries.

Pre Requisites:

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or similar people-facing roles
• Prior experience in

  hosting college events

  , anchoring shows, or leading employee engagement activities is a strong advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and crowd-handling skills
• Energetic, approachable, people-oriented, and confident in interacting with diverse teams

• Creative mindset with basic design sense to create posters and engagement creatives

• Willingness to

  travel to kitchen sites

  as part of engagement and employee relations
