Job Description

As the Director People Experience Partner at JLL, you will play a crucial role in strengthening employee purpose, igniting energy, and elevating organization-wide performance. Your primary responsibility will be to activate, facilitate, and enhance moments that matter, thereby enriching the lives of JLL employees and ensuring an exceptional employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. By working closely with Business and HR leaders, you will coach managers on the key moments that matter, using your business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to enable and influence Business and HR priorities. You will be expected to act as a local delivery expert of JLL's global HR strategy, ensuring alignment with local policies and practices. Proactively anticipating opportunities and issues, you will develop innovative solutions to address root causes and create sustainable outcomes. Your role will also involve contributing to a culture of inclusion, leading or participating in projects impacting business results, managing employee relations situations, and providing consultation and support to business stakeholders through coaching and advisory services. In addition to driving efficiencies in the employee lifecycle through HR tasks and processes, you will support the growth strategy of the business, including M&A activities, by providing tactical HR support during bid, acquisition, and restructuring phases. Building strong relationships with local employees and People Partners, you will act as a trusted HR expert and play a key role in promoting employee diversity, belonging, and engagement. Your leadership skills will be essential in driving the growth of the local workforce and managing priorities effectively. As a skilled facilitator, you will lead local and regional employee events and programs, demonstrating strong team management capabilities. Your problem-solving abilities, adaptability in communication styles, and attention to detail will be critical in creating an inclusive environment and fostering robust relationships with diverse stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, along with at least 10-12 years of equivalent work experience in a complex organization. Experience in working in a matrix organization will be beneficial. Proficiency in utilizing systems such as Workday, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, and PeopleSoft is required to drive business performance and organizational efficiency.
