Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Opella as a People Business Partner, where the company aims to bring health into people's hands by simplifying self-care. With a strong portfolio in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market, Opella is committed to providing pure and effective products to half a billion consumers worldwide. As part of the People & Culture team, your role will involve supporting the Global Functions/Business leaders in achieving their business priorities and contributing to the growth of Sanofi CHC. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and monitor all People & Culture related project activities within the Digital Hub in India, collaborating closely with the People Business Partner in Hyderabad. - Coordinate the staffing plan to enable CHC to operate autonomously and follow up on hiring plans for roles in the India COE for digital. - Implement policies and processes aligned with Opella's People & Culture strategy and drive Opella's vision while fostering a Challenger culture. - Manage attract, develop, and retain pillars for the digital teams, acting as a P&C business partner for the Digital Team in India. - Collaborate with various stakeholders including India P&C Team, Global/Local Digital Leads, CHC P&C network, CHC GBS Team, Talent acquisition teams, and Opella Group People & Culture teams. Qualifications Required: - Experience in program management within a complex transformation project environment. - Knowledge and experience as an HR Generalist and HRBP with the ability to understand and challenge HR operating models. - Strong consultative skills in change management, process improvement, and creative thinking. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams, communicate with senior management, and ensure legal compliance in day-to-day employee management. - Excellent communication skills to drive engaging and timely communication with stakeholders.
