Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using industry best practices.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with optimal design.
Lead design sessions and code reviews to ensure quality and reusability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and supporting delivery.
Optimize and tune performance of applications.
Support solution deployment and resolve production issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

Certified System Architect (CSA)
certification.
5+ years of experience in Pega application development.
Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, case management, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Pega rules, flows, activities, reports, and data modeling.
Knowledge of Pega deployment process and CI/CD tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Pega Customer Service or Decisioning is a plus.
Exposure to REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and DevOps tools.
Background in Java or other object-oriented languages is helpful.
