About the Role
We re looking for a Workday Peakon (Employee Voice) Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments for a German enterprise. You ll own discovery, design, data integrations, configuration, testing, and enablement partnering with HR, People Analytics, Works Council/employee representatives, Legal/DPO, and IT to deliver a compliant, high-adoption program.
Key Responsibilities
  • Discovery & Design
    • Run stakeholder workshops to define survey strategy (drivers, questions, cadence), anonymity thresholds, segmentation, and action-planning workflows.
    • Translate business goals into Peakon configuration (driver framework, comment settings, nudges, heatmaps, dashboards).
  • Data & Integrations
    • Design and implement secure data pipelines from Workday HCM to Peakon (e.g., RaaS/EIB exports, SFTP/API, attribute mapping, SCIM/SAML SSO).
    • Build/maintain data dictionaries, hierarchies, and attribute governance (manager, org, location, cost center, employment type).
  • Configuration & Testing
    • Configure survey schedules, eligibility, translations, and notifications; set visibility rules and role-based access.
    • Create test plans, execute UAT, reconcile data, and manage cutover/hypercare with clear success criteria.
  • Compliance & Change Management
    • Ensure GDPR compliance (data minimization, retention, access controls), and support Works Council consultations (process transparency, documentation, and agreements).
    • Develop comms, training, and admin runbooks; enable HRBPs and leaders on dashboards and action planning.
  • Optimization & Insights
    • Establish health/usage KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization routes (segmentation tweaks, cadence, driver updates, action-planning workflows).
Required Qualifications
  • 3 6 years total HRIS/People Analytics experience with 1 3 years hands-on Workday Peakon/Employee Voice implementations.
  • Strong Workday HCM fundamentals (organizations, supervisory hierarchy, worker attributes) and experience building RaaS/EIB integrations.
  • Proven experience with SSO (SAML/OAuth) and (nice) SCIM provisioning; secure file transport (SFTP) and data mapping.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and German market considerations (e.g., Works Council engagement, anonymity practices).
  • Clear, concise communication skills; able to lead client-facing sessions and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Comfortable working remotely with 4 5 hour CET overlap .
Nice to Have
  • Workday/Peakon certification(s) or Workday Pro credentials.
  • German language skills (reading/writing/speaking).
  • Experience with people science/engagement analytics, survey translations, and enterprise rollouts across multiple countries.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for downstream insights.
