Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Customer Service HC where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in the claims domain. With a hybrid work model and night shifts you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and support our companys mission to provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Address customer inquiries related to claims with accuracy and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Utilize technical skills to navigate customer service platforms effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding their claims status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer service processes.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives.
