Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Professional where you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless service delivery. This hybrid role requires you to work night shifts providing support to our clients with a focus on the payer domain. With a minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience you will be instrumental in resolving customer queries and contributing to our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently during night shifts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for all customers.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with the payer domain team to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques.
  • Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
