Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Professional where you will leverage your skills in UiPath MS Office and Customer Service to enhance our Payer domain operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work night shifts providing support and solutions to our clients. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and documentation using MS Office tools.
