Key Responsibilities:
Project Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a project roadmap alignedwith the company's overall business objectives.
Define project goals, deliverables, and successmetrics in collaboration with senior leadership.
Project Management :
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in currentsystems and processes.
Design and implement solutions to improveservice delivery and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with internal departments, includingsales, compliance, IT, and operations, to ensure project alignment.
Communicate project status, challenges, andachievements to stakeholders and leadership.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all projects comply with industryregulations and company policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks associatedwith project delivery.
Technology and Innovation:
Drive adoption of new technologies to enhanceclient experience and streamline operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement digitaltransformation initiatives.
