Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver process training programs for Property & Casualty insurance, including OJT (On-the-Job Training) and NHT (Need-based Training).
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of training materials, such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives.
Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in P&C training or related field.
Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance products and processes.
Proven track record in designing effective training programs using various methodologies (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
