Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

The roles and responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility: Processing payroll operations for
Singapore
, Australia, and China.
Tasks:

Collecting inputs from stakeholders, validating them, and sending them to the payroll partner.
Verifying reports from the payroll partner to ensure accuracy, including employee salary, standard deductions, and demographic details.
Following the company's process for salary disbursement, which may involve direct disbursement by the payroll partner or by the company itself, depending on the country.

System Knowledge: Familiarity with the Workday HR system is preferred.
Experience: Seeking candidates with seven-plus years of experience, particularly in payroll for Singapore, Australia, and China.
Additional Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
