Payroll Manager

As a part of Global Power Components, a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures, your role will be crucial in driving the company's continued success in the industry. With operations housed in a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility, you will contribute to the company's growth and leadership position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead efforts in job costing and buildout data systems within the ERP (Epicor) for improved labor tracking and analysis. - Ensure all processes align with best practices and regulatory requirements for efficient process management and improvement. - Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. - Management experience, demonstrating the ability to effectively lead a team of three individuals. - Understanding of job costing and financial reporting principles. - Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. **Role Specifics:** - Full-time position requiring 40-50 hours per week, rarely exceeding 50 hours.
