As a growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures, and modular metal enclosures, Global Power Components is dedicated to maintaining its position as an industry leader. Our newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility provides a conducive environment for our continued expansion. You will play a crucial role in the following areas: Job Costing and Reporting: - Take the lead in enhancing job costing and data systems in the ERP (Epicor) to optimize labor tracking and analysis. Process Management and Improvement: - Ensure all operational processes are in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Team Leadership: - Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement among team members. Qualifications: - Preferred Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Prior management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a small team. - Familiarity with job costing and financial reporting principles. - Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
