Job Description

Role Summary

Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
for all employees.
Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Prepare and maintain payroll reports using
advanced Excel formulas
(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, IF statements, conditional formatting, etc.).
Ensure accuracy of salary calculations and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data updates and payroll-related queries.
Maintain payroll master data and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Assist with monthly MIS reports, bank statements, and payslip generation.
Stay updated on payroll statutory compliances and policy changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in payroll processing.
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Excel
and spreadsheet automation.
Good understanding of payroll compliance and statutory laws.
Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain timely payroll cycles.
