Job Description

End-to-end processing of monthly payroll salary computation, deductions, reimbursements, bonuses and any other salary components.
Collection and maintenance of attendance, leave records, timesheets or HRMS inputs
Manage statutory compliance — calculation and timely deposit/filing for PF, ESIC, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), Gratuity or other applicable statutory obligations under Indian labor laws.
Generate and distribute pay slips, salary statements, payroll dashboards / MIS reports to management and accounts/finance.

Maintain accurate payroll records — employee personal data, salary history, statutory deductions, leave/attendance, reimbursements, full & final settlements.
Liaise with HR and Finance/Accounts teams for salary disbursement, budgeting, provisions and reconciliation of payroll expenses.
Address payroll-related queries from employees: salary breakup, deductions, reimbursements, tax-investment claims, etc. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
Assist in internal / external audits concerning payroll — provide documentation, reconcile records, prepare statutory returns and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Support HR operations (onboarding, exit formalities, documentation, issuance of pay-slips or relief letters) focused on payroll and compensation aspects.
