Payroll Executive

Job Overview:

The Payroll Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end payroll activities, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing and maintaining employee payroll records. The role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and understanding of payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift details before payroll run.

Maintain and update employee master data in the payroll system.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding monthly inputs and changes.

Prepare and share salary statements, payslips, and payroll MIS reports.

Resolve employee payroll queries and provide timely support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.

Assist in audit activities related to payroll and statutory documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in payroll processing.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with Payroll software is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Location : 40 feet Road, Lakshmi Nagar, Porur, Chennai
