Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary preparation, payment processing, and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure timely submission of leave applications.
  • Handle PF (Employee Provident Fund) calculations and submissions to the authorities on time.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll processing.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for all aspects of payroll management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in Payroll Execution role.
  • B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or equivalent qualification; MBA/PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing software such as SAPs or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
