About the Role

You will own end-to-end delivery of Akrivia HCM Payroll implementations across India, GCC, and Southeast Asiadriving project governance, statutory accuracy, integrations, and customer go-live success. You’ll lead a multi-country team of implementation consultants, payroll SMEs, and integration specialists, ensuring predictable timelines, right-first-time payroll, and reference-worthy go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership:

  Run a portfolio of concurrent payroll projects (mid-market to enterprise). Own scope, plan, RAID logs, change control, and steering cadence.

• People Management:

  Hire, coach, and performance-manage implementation consultants/SMEs across regions; build country pods and a bench.

• Statutory Ownership:

  Ensure configuration and calculations meet country laws and deadlines:

• India:

  EPF/ESI/PT/LWF, Bonus/Gratuity, IT declarations, F&F, Arrears/Retro, Form 24Q/26Q, e-returns.

• GCC:

  EOS/Gratuity, GOSI (KSA/BH), WPS (UAE/Qatar/Kuwait), leave encashment, indemnity, multi-currency.

• SEA (e.g., SG/MY/PH/ID):

  CPF & IRAS (SG), SOCSO/EPF (MY),

  13th-month (PH)

  , BPJS (ID), local tax tables/filings.

• Methodology & QA:

  Standardize playbooks, templates, and SIT/UAT sign-off; drive “payroll dry-run” quality gates before go-live.

• Integrations:

  Orchestrate HR, T&A, benefits, finance/ERP (e.g., NetSuite, Tally, SAP), SSO/IDP; define file specs and APIs; own cutover.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Executive-level steering, risk communication, and expectation setting; turn escalations into recovery plans.

• Operational Readiness:

  Hand-off to Support/CSM with run-books, control totals, and compliance calendars; measure first-cycle stability.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Build a regional statutory knowledge base, calculators, and checklists; track defects to root cause and feed product.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven track record

  leading multi-country payroll implementations (India + at least one GCC and one SEA market).

• 5+ years

  managing payroll implementation teams/consultants on a modern

  HCM/payroll platform

  (Akrivia, SAP/SuccessFactors, Oracle, Darwinbox, ADP, Ramco, etc.).
• Strong grasp of

  country-specific payroll rules

  (earnings/deductions, retro/arrears, F&F, EOS/Gratuity, 13th month, statutory filings, WPS/CPF/GOSI).
• Hands-on with

  project governance tools

  (Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet),

  UAT/SIT
