Job Description

Oversee all aspects of payroll, including payroll processing tax and benefits compliance and reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness for each payroll cycle.
Ensure timely payout of all statutory payments and ensure that the company is always fully compliant. Handle compliance notices, driving them to closure and ensuring adherence to central and state laws and regulations.
Analyse the payroll data regularly for each payroll cycle, providing insights to the management.
Scale payroll processes, focusing on process improvements, system optimization and change management.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, provide necessary documentation and data and collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
Monitor and resolve employee inquiries promptly, ensuring high standards of service and issue resolution.
Skilled in building rapport with internal stakeholders across departments as well as with external partners. Able to act as the bridge between departments to promote transparency, resolve conflicts and build a cohesive work environment. The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate and adapt to the overall systems and processes, along with a problem-solving mindset.
Oversee insurance operations, handling escalations related to claims and ensuring smooth coordination with insurers.
Design compensation breakups, including implementing flexible pay components that align with organizational policies.
Network with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
