Payment Specialist

bout the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Payment & Billing Coordinator. The role involves verifying payment details, maintaining billing records, and coordinating with our warehouses to ensure accuracy and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-check and verify all payment details related to warehouses.
• Review and validate billing records, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of financial data.
• Coordinate with warehouse managers for clarification on payment/billing issues.
• Maintain proper records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Prepare and share periodic reports with the Finance/Accounts team.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Hindi and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounts/Finance or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of billing, payment reconciliation, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
