Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Payment Posting Executive. The Payment Posting Executive will be responsible for accurately posting payments to patient accounts and ensuring proper account balance maintenance. Day-to-day tasks include managing electronic and manual payment postings, reconciling daily batches, addressing payment discrepancies, and providing support for billing inquiries. Additional responsibilities include updating account information, processing refunds and adjustments, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with payment posting, account reconciliation, and managing electronic/manual payment postings
• Knowledge of medical/dental billing and revenue cycle management
• Proficiency in using billing software and other related technology tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
