Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pathway Specialist to join our team at Ekya Schools. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop pathways for students with various learning needs.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create personalized education plans.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and teachers.
Stay updated with best practices in education and apply them to improve student success.

Job Requirements

Minimum 57 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
