Job Summary:

Consultant Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microscopic examinations of tissues, cells, and bodily fluids to diagnose disease.
• Interpret lab results from hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, and cytology.
• Supervise and ensure accuracy of lab reports and processes.
• Collaborate with lab technicians and healthcare providers to ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain quality standards and compliance with NABL/NABH requirements (if applicable).
• Provide tele-pathology support if required during rotational coverage.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  MD/DNB in Pathology or equivalent recognized qualification.

• Experience:

  Minimum 1-2 years of post-PG experience preferred (freshers can also apply if confident in independent reporting).
• Must be registered with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Histopathology, Cytopathology, and Clinical Pathology.
• Familiarity with digital pathology and laboratory management systems is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle high workloads in rotational shifts.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Shift & Rotation Details:

• Working Hours:

  10 hours per shift

• Shift Type:

  Rotational (Day/Night/Alternate as per schedule)

• Location Posting:

  May be rotated among Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Vapi, and Valsad as per organizational needs.
