Job Description

Position: Pathologist (Full-Time) / Lab technician

Location: Perumbavoor, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

Perform and interpret histological and cytological examinations.
Conduct and oversee clinical pathology tests, including hematology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology.
Perform and report on fine-needle aspiration (FNA) procedures.
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all pathology reports.
Collaborate with clinicians and other medical staff to discuss diagnostic findings.
Oversee the work of lab technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement of laboratory services.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
