Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Marketing Supervisor who is not just a strategist but also a creator. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is an expert in advertising principles, proficient in video editing and graphic design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects is the norm. You are a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and track multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) from ideation to execution and analysis.
Content Creation & Design:
Create engaging and high-quality visual content, including videos (for social media, ads, website) and graphics (banners, infographics, social media posts).
Edit raw footage into polished videos that tell a compelling brand story.
Manage the end-to-end creative process for advertising materials.
Advertising Expertise: Apply proven advertising principles to craft compelling copy, target the right audiences, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and brand impact.
Project Management: Proactively handle multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.
Strategy & Analysis: Contribute to the marketing strategy, set KPIs, and provide regular reports on campaign performance, using data to make informed recommendations.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing output is consistent with the brand identity, style, and tone of voice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record in content creation and campaign management.
Technical & Design Skills (Essential):
Expertise in Video Editing: Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Proficiency in Graphic Design: Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
Advertising Platforms: Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and/or Google Ads is highly desirable.
