Cake Baker / Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, desserts, and confectionery items as per the menu.
• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area.
• Manage daily production and maintain inventory of ingredients.
• Work closely with the team to introduce new items or improve existing recipes.
• Follow safety and food handling guidelines.
• Maintain discipline and punctuality during working hours.

Requirements

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in baking or pastry/confectionery.
• Should be skilled in cake baking, pastry making, and general confectionery.
• Must know pure vegetarian baking (no egg usage).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and temperature control.
• Should be reliable, disciplined, and consistent in work quality.

Work Details

• Weekly Off:

  Any 1 day (rotational or fixed).

• Food Provided:

  Lunch and tea (no breakfast or dinner).

• Stay/Accommodation:
