Real Estate Specialist

Job Title: Real Estate Sales  

Location: Sector 75, Noida  

Salary: 40000 – 50000 per month (fixed) + Unlimited High Commissions  

Type: Full-time, Onsite  

About the Role:  

We are hiring for a hardcore Real Estate Sales role. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the NCR property market and proven ability to close high-value deals. The role involves handling residential and commercial projects, conducting site visits, and guiding clients through the complete property transaction process.  

Key Responsibilities:  

- Generate leads and convert them into successful deals  

- Conduct property site visits, client meetings, and presentations  

- Advise clients on residential and commercial projects, investment opportunities, and property appreciation  

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure  

- Stay updated on property layouts, pricing, amenities, and location benefits  

- Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and assist clients with documentation  

- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets  

Requirements:  

- Minimum 2–4 years of hardcore sales experience (Real Estate industry mandatory)  

- Strong knowledge of:  

 - Residential and commercial property sales in NCR  

 - Market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities  

 - RERA regulations and property documentation  

 - Handling site visits and client presentations  

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills  

- Fluent in English and Hindi communication  

- Target-driven and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment  

- Proven track record of successful property closures
