Responsibilities

As a Telecaller at Arrowgent, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with clients and develop strong relationships through your excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Handling inbound calls from existing clients to address their inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a database of client information and updating it regularly.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
• Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services.
• Meeting daily and weekly targets for calls made and client interactions.
