• Advise clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities in Dubai.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional guidance and transparency.
• Conduct property presentations, virtual consultations, and online tours for prospective investors.
• Participate in webinars and promotional campaigns to showcase Dubai's real estate offerings.
• Manage client data, follow-ups, and CRM updates to ensure consistent lead management.
• Collaborate with Dubai headquarters to stay aligned with project launches, pricing, and marketing initiatives.

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in real estate, property sales, or client consultancy.
• Fluency in

  any Indian language

  (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, etc.) and

  English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Ambitious, target-driven, and confident personality.
• Professional presentation and the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Awareness of Dubai's real estate trends or willingness to undergo training.
