Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, delivering exceptional customer service, and conducting property evaluations. Additional responsibilities include contributing to real estate development projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Real Estate practices and principles
• Experience in Customer Service and a strong commitment to client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes and planning
• Proven Sales abilities in the real estate domain
• Understanding of Real Property management and laws
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
