As an Associate Manager of Strategic Partnerships at the dynamic and results-oriented team at ekincare, you will be responsible for expanding and managing the portfolio of strategic partnerships. Your role will involve a strong blend of relationship management and strategic thinking to acquire and nurture partnerships aligned with the business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Build and Maintain Relationships:** - Foster strong relationships with current and potential partners. - Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and concerns. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with partners. - **Ensure Health and Growth of Partnerships:** - Monitor and analyze the performance of existing partnerships. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the health and growth of partnerships. - Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual success. - **Develop and Execute Partnership Programs:** - Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs. - Create and manage joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative projects. - **Track and Report Key Metrics:** - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships. - Regularly track and report on the performance of partnerships against established KPIs. - **Stay Informed on Industry Trends:** - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape. - Use industry knowledge to identify partnership opportunities and innovative collaboration models. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in client-facing, partnership management, business development, or related roles. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key metrics. - Ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership solutions. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,
