Role Overview

Partnership Marketing Manager

This profile will need the employee to travel extensively.



Key Responsibilities

Partnership Marketing (Core Focus)

  • Own and manage co-marketing initiatives with AWS and ecosystem partners (ISVs, OEMs, channel partners).
  • Plan, execute, and report on MDF-funded campaigns, ensuring compliance with AWS guidelines.
  • Develop and drive joint go-to-market campaigns (events, webinars, digital campaigns).
  • Work closely with partner teams to create case studies, success stories, and co-branded collateral.
  • Track ROI and ensure measurable outcomes from partnership programs.


Event & Program Execution

  • Plan and execute partner-driven events such as roundtables, customer workshops, and large-format conferences.
  • Coordinate with AWS and partner teams on speaker nominations, agenda planning, and audience acquisition.
  • Manage follow-up campaigns to convert event leads into qualified opportunities.

Marketing & Communication Support

  • Contribute to pipeline creation activities through targeted partner-driven campaigns.
  • Support brand communication initiatives including content for press releases, blogs, and social media (especially co-branded content).
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align partner marketing with business priorities.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in partnership marketing, alliance marketing, or B2B marketing in IT/Cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (AWS, ISVs, OEMs, resellers).
  • Proven experience managing MDF-funded campaigns and co-marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with event execution (virtual & physical).
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
