Job Description

As an experienced Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving high-impact, joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners such as Databricks, Snowflake, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Your role will involve owning end-to-end partner marketing plans to increase brand visibility, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue growth across Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI solution areas. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute integrated partner marketing plans aligned to joint business goals with strategic partners. - Build and manage joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives including solution messaging, campaign assets, and enablement collateral. - Partner closely with internal teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration. - Plan and execute joint events, webinars, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content to engage target audiences. - Manage co-branded marketing activities, partner MDF, and report on ROI and key metrics. - Cultivate strong relationships with partner marketing counterparts and ensure branding guidelines are met. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape messaging and positioning. - Collaborate with various teams to maximize partner-related announcements and press releases. **Key Requirements:** - 7+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing, with at least 3 years dedicated to partner marketing in relevant domains. - Proven experience managing partnerships with key industry players. - Strong understanding of cloud ecosystem GTM models, co-selling motions, and MDF utilization. - Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across different markets. - Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working in a global environment and adjusting to different time zones. - Ability to analyze marketing KPIs and make data-driven decisions. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop high-quality content. Please note that an MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred for this role.,
