Job Description

As a Partnerships Manager at Tide, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Tide in the UK by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new partnership opportunities to enhance SME acquisition and revenue. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing partnership strategies, managing the complete lifecycle of partner relationships, collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. You will also be responsible for campaign delivery with partners, upholding partner documentation, providing support to partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. Additionally, you will need to cultivate meaningful relationships, serve as the primary point of contact for partners, and support the broader Partnerships team as needed. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in partnerships, business development, or B2B account management, ideally within fintech, tech, or a rapidly scaling startup. - Demonstrated ability to establish and manage commercial relationships with external partners. - Excellent communication and English language skills. - Proficiency in utilizing tools like Looker, Excel/GSheets for data analysis and performance tracking. - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify revenue growth opportunities. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution. - Familiarity with the UK SME ecosystem and knowledge of legal and compliance aspects related to partner onboarding. - Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and highly collaborative, with a dedication to supporting small businesses and Tide's mission.
