Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
• Identify and onboard new partners through LinkedIn, industry networks, and other relevant channels
• Collaborate with internal teams for creative deliverables, campaign planning, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with partners for deal closures, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis
• Maintain and update daily trackers for partnership activities and campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data to evaluate ROI and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, design, and product teams for smooth execution

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development
• Experience in managing brand collaborations or affiliate partnerships will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
