About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Partnership Management

  : Build and nurture long-term relationships with spiritual guides and thought leaders on the platform.

• Planning

  : Create session plans with leaders

• Growth & Retention

  : Drive revenue growth from assigned partner portfolios while maintaining partner retention.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content and operations) to ensure smooth execution of sessions and initiatives.

• Strategic Inputs

  : Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and propose initiatives to improve platform value for both guides and participants.

• Reporting

  : Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, contracts, and performance metrics.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development (experience in wellness, edtech, or digital platforms is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Proven operational and planning excellence
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to track performance and drive decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
• Passion for spirituality, wellness, or self-growth is highly desirable.
