Automation Engineer

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, operate & optimize 3D printing machines for dental aligner manufacturing
• Drive automation initiatives across production lines to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot 3D printers, robotics arms & automated equipment
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality & R&D teams for process optimisation and continuous improvements
• Monitor production output, ensure zero-defect quality, and prepare technical reports
• Implement preventive maintenance, SOPs and process standardization

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–5 years’ experience in 3D Printing / Additive Manufacturing / Industrial Automation
• Hands-on experience with SLA/DLP printers (preferably dental/medical devices)
• Knowledge of robotics, PLCs, automation systems & machine calibration
• Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset
• Experience in high-precision, quality-driven manufacturing environment is preferred
