Partnerships Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Partnership Coordinator at Bolt.Earth, your main responsibility will be to identify, build, and manage relationships with key ecosystem players such as electrical contractors, solar EPCs, infra developers, architects, and builders to expand the EV charging footprint across India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard relevant channel and ecosystem partners in line with the EV infrastructure strategy. - Establish strategic partnerships with electrical and infra stakeholders to incorporate Bolt.Earth chargers into their current and upcoming projects. - Collaborate effectively across departments, particularly with sales teams, to ensure seamless partner engagement and execution. - Develop outreach plans, pitch decks, and proposals customized for different partner types. - Maintain partner pipeline and interaction records utilizing CRM tools. - Monitor partner performance, address operational issues, and support joint go-to-market initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably within infrastructure, energy, mobility, or real estate segments. - Strong network or ability to connect with infra partners such as contractors, EPCs, architects, and builders. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools and partner data management. - Proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently. - Good communication skills.
