Partnerships Coordinator

As a Partnership Coordinator at Bolt.Earth, your role is crucial in identifying, building, and managing relationships with key ecosystem players to expand the EV charging footprint across India. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard relevant channel and ecosystem partners aligned with the EV infrastructure strategy. - Build strategic partnerships with electrical and infra stakeholders to integrate Bolt.Earth chargers into their ongoing and upcoming projects. - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales to ensure smooth partner engagement and execution. - Develop outreach plans, pitch decks, and proposals tailored for different partner types. - Maintain partner pipeline and interaction records using CRM tools. - Monitor partner performance, resolve operational issues, and support joint go-to-market initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in infrastructure, energy, mobility, or real estate segments. - Strong network or ability to connect with infra partners such as contractors, EPCs, architects, and builders. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Hands-on experience in CRM tools and partner data management. - A proactive, execution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
