Partnerships Coordinator

As a Partnerships Hunter at MegaLLM, your role will involve identifying and connecting with hackathons, accelerators, and tech communities worldwide. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with event organizers and ecosystem partners, leading outreach, negotiation, and coordination for sponsorships and collaborations. Your strong network in the developer/startup ecosystem, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills will be key in representing MegaLLM in events, meetups, and ecosystem discussions. You will work closely with the founding team to craft and execute the partnership strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and connect with hackathons, accelerators, and tech communities globally. - Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and ecosystem partners. - Lead outreach, negotiation, and coordination for sponsorships and collaborations. - Represent MegaLLM in events, meetups, and ecosystem discussions. - Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute the partnership strategy. **Qualifications:** - High-agency mindset with a focus on moving fast and making things happen. - Strong network within the developer/startup ecosystem (Devfolio, MLH, AngelHack, TinkerHub, etc.). - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience in partnerships, events, or business development is a plus. - Passion for AI, startups, and the builder community. In this role, you will have direct access and collaboration with the MegaLLM founding team, full autonomy, and flexibility to own the partnerships motion. The compensation is performance-based with a path to potentially become the Head of Partnerships.
