Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with

  state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands

  across India.
• Conduct

  on-ground meetings

  , present partnership proposals, and close deals aligned with business goals.
• Represent Thrillophilia at

  roadshows, tourism events, and industry trade forums

  .
• Support

  Tier-2 and Tier-3 city expansion

  by identifying potential destinations and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams product, marketing, and supply to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Monitor partner performance, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure continuous engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 26 years of experience in

  partnerships, client servicing, or business development

  (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).
• Proven ability to

  build and maintain strong client relationships

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with

  frequent travel and on-ground engagement

  .
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
