Partnerships & Community Manager

Body Insight is India’s leading full-body DEXA scanning service used by 300+ Indian cricketers, 3 IPL teams, elite athletes, and thousands of fitness-focused individuals. Our mobile DEXA vans bring gold-standard body composition and bone health analysis to gyms, apartments, and communities across the city.

We’re expanding—fast.
And we’re looking for someone who can help us build deep relationships, open doors, and represent Body Insight at events.

About the Role

This is a relationship-first, on-ground activation role. You will be the face of Body Insight for gyms, trainers, fitness centers, and apartment communities.

Your mission is simple:
Build partnerships → Enable events → Attend activations → Build Community

Responsibilities1. Gym & Fitness Partnerships

• Identify and onboard gyms, personal trainers, studios, and sports academies.
• Pitch Body Insight’s services and secure recurring scan days.
• Maintain strong follow-up relationships and track partner performance.

2. Apartment Community Outreach

• Research gated communities and apartments across Hyderabad.
• Network with RWAs, facility managers, association members, and community admins.
• Secure event slots for our DEXA van inside apartment complexes.
• Build a living database of contacts and opportunities.

3. On-Ground Event Activation

• Attend apartment events and gym activations.
• Educate residents/members on the scan process and benefits.
• Confidently answer high-level questions about DEXA (training will be provided).
• Assist with sign-ups, flow management, and onsite communication.

4. Sales & Conversion Support

• Convert interested leads during events.
• Promote repeat scans, long-term programs, and packages.
• Maintain conversion metrics and daily reporting.

5. Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with the operations team for event timings, logistics, parking, and permissions.
• Ensure branding, flyers, banners, QR codes, and communication materials are ready.
• Gather post-event feedback and insights.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Strong at relationship-building
• Confident speaking to new people
• Physically energetic and comfortable with on-ground work
• Interested in fitness, wellness, or sports
• Good at basic sales and communication
• Fluent in English + Telugu/Hindi
• Able to handle events independently
• Organized with follow-ups and CRM-style tracking

Experience:
2–6 years in community management, apartment outreach, business development, gym sales, fitness consulting, wellness partnerships, or related fields.

Preferred:
Candidates with background in gyms, fitness chains, sports centers, physiotherapy clinics, nutrition coaching, or apartment/real-estate operations.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Incentives:

• Per-event activation bonus
• Revenue sharing on events
• Repeat scan commission
• Quarterly target bonuses

Total earnings can grow significantly with strong performance.

Location

Hyderabad (On-ground role)
Requires frequent travel to gyms and apartments.Having a 2-wheeler is preferred.
