  • Sales (sales tools + negotiation & contracting) 
  • Partner management (rights management, relationship management & evaluation/reporting) 


What you’ll do

As Partnership Strategy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-value sponsorship and strategy solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Project Leadership: Lead delivery of sponsorship projects, incl. valuation, packaging, & post-event reporting. 
  • Research & Insights: Conduct benchmarking and identify trends to inform partnership strategies. 
  • Strategic Recommendation: Build rights matrices, oversee valuations, & develop actionable impact reports. 
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior analysts and support proposal development and client presentations. 


Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. 
  • 5–8+ years’ experience in sports marketing, sponsorship, or partnership roles. 
  • Proven experience working in leading sports or entertainment agencies. 
  • Strong experience managing sponsorship valuation, rights packaging, and post-event reporting. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
